Order dispatch

We dispatch orders within 1–3 working days. This is the time needed to prepare and send your order, not the delivery time. Delivery takes additional time and depends on your destination and delivery service.

Delivery service

We use FedEx for orders outside Accra. Delivery times vary by destination and are separate from our 1–3 working day dispatch window.

Delivery within Ghana

Please provide a complete delivery address and a reachable phone number. Where helpful, include your GhanaPost GPS digital address and a nearby landmark to help the delivery team locate you.

International delivery
