Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. -
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of handmade products, custom orders or personalized pieces cannot be returned. This includes items made to your specific requirements or those that have been modified. -
Return Process

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 21 days to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. -
