Domestic Shipping (Within Ghana)

Processing Time: 1-2 business days
Delivery Time: 3-5 business days
Shipping Method: Local courier service

Orders within Ghana are carefully packaged and shipped via our trusted local courier partners. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships so you can follow your package every step of the way.

International Shipping

Processing Time: 1-2 business days
Delivery Time: 5-10 business days (depending on destination)
Shipping Method: DHL Express

We ship internationally via DHL Express to ensure fast, reliable, and trackable delivery to your door. DHL provides secure handling and real-time tracking for peace of mind. International orders are shipped to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Nigeria, and other select countries.

Customs & Duties: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in your order total and are collected by the carrier or customs authority upon delivery.

Order Processing & Tracking

Once you place your order, you'll receive an email confirmation with your order details.

Step 2: Processing (1-2 Business Days)
Our team carefully inspects, packages, and prepares your handcrafted jewelry for shipment. Each piece is wrapped with care to protect the natural materials during transit.

Step 3: Shipment & Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your package in real-time through the carrier's website.

Step 4: Delivery
Your jewelry will be delivered to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package, especially for international orders requiring a signature.

Packaging

Every Adjeley Jewelry piece is packaged with care in protective materials to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Our packaging reflects the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry—beautiful, thoughtful, and ready to gift or enjoy.

Shipping Delays

While we work hard to meet our estimated delivery times, occasional delays may occur due to:

  • Customs processing for international orders
  • Carrier delays beyond our control
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
  • Public holidays or extreme weather conditions

Shipping & Returns Policy Alignment

Our shipping procedures are designed to work seamlessly with our 30-day return policy:

30-Day Return Window: Your 30-day return period begins on the date of purchase (order date), not the delivery date. This gives you time to receive, inspect, and decide if you love your jewelry.

Return Shipping: If you need to return an item, you are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.

Inspection & Refund: Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the item to ensure it's unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days and credited to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges: We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you receive a damaged item, please email us at adjeleyghana@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage, and we'll arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Lost Packages: If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors or your building management. If you still can't locate it, contact us within 7 days and we'll work with the carrier to investigate.

Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the item before opening it completely. Contact us immediately at info@shopadjeley.com with photos and your order number, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Order Modifications & Cancellations

Need to change or cancel your order? Contact us as soon as possible at info@shopadjeley.com. We can modify or cancel orders that haven't yet been processed (within 24 hours of ordering). Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you can return it following our return policy.
